Marine Foam

A Product That OutPERFORMS All Others

Our marine foam is different from our competitors in that it is a 100% Closed Cell Foam. All Water Customs utilizes the AquaTraction 100% PE product, best described as the carbon fiber of the marine flooring industry. Our foam is known for withstanding high heat that doesn’t allow for shrinking. See what sets us apart from our competitors below!

All Water Customs uses a Cross-Linked Polyethylene (100% PE) foam to create highly durable boat flooring solutions for our customers. It is a crossed-linked foam which is extremely durable and 100% Closed Cell. Our competitors use an EVA / EVA Blend Foam that is not Closed Cell and has open pores, where items can get in and make it tough to clean.

Though our product may look and feel similar to our competitors, AquaTraction foam is the 2.0 of Marine Flooring. We have brought solutions to this industry with a product that outperforms others! Solutions include 100% Stain Resistance and No Peeling or Shrinking. All Water Customs also has proprietary glue made with 3M exclusively for this type of foam.  Competing companies utilize a semi Open Cell Foam which allows items, such as dirt and liquid, to soak in. Our material under a microscope is made with a proprietary closed-cell cross-linked synthetic resin. There are many advantages to our PE foam such that it is an extremely durable and stain resistant material that is very comfortable on your feet. The longevity of our product outperforms all others on the market.

Boat Flooring FAQ

AquaTraction is a type of foam that stands out from the rest because it is made of 100% PE material, which makes it highly resistant to stains. Its closed-cell technology also makes it much more resistant to heat than any other product in the industry. This means that we are the only company that offers light amplification covered under our 5-year warranty. In contrast, our competitors use EVA or EVA-PE blends that are not fully closed-cell, making them less effective against stains and absorption.

AquaTraction, our product, is crafted entirely from PE foam that guarantees outstanding slip resistance, especially in damp environments, which elevates safety measures. This quality makes AquaTraction an ideal choice for boating, where surfaces frequently become slippery.

Our foam is designed to resist the harmful effects of UV rays, which ensures that it doesn’t fade. As a result, the color and overall quality of the decking material remain vibrant and intact even when exposed to harsh sunlight. In contrast, foam decking products that lack UV resistance can easily shrink and pull away from the surface, making it look like the glue has failed. At AquaTraction, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of heat threshold and durability in the industry, and we support our products with the strongest warranty in the market.

An expert technician will initiate your project by measuring the flooring of your boat. Following this, a comprehensive, full-color approval drawing will be provided to you to confirm all design particulars. Your tailored boat flooring installation will be scheduled around 3.5 weeks after the measurement is taken. The process of installation entails preparing the surface and attaching the foam decking. Our installation process is efficient, ensuring that your boat will be out of commission for the least amount of time possible!

Maintaining AquaTraction decking is hassle-free. With its stain-resistant features, you can effortlessly clean it using only mild soap and water. Unlike other types of foam, our product doesn’t need any special cleaning solutions or intense scrubbing. It is low-maintenance, and you don’t have to worry about it getting damaged.

AquaTraction is a highly effective solution that resists various kinds of stains, such as pressed dirt, wine, fish blood, and engine oils. Our 100% PE foam uses a closed-cell design that prevents any substance from penetrating the surface, making cleaning a breeze. The pristine appearance of AquaTraction is easily maintained with minimal effort, making it an ideal choice for the demanding marine environment.

The price of our service is determined by the quantity of sheet materials utilized. We ensure that each 40×80 sheet is optimized with the necessary parts for every project. The sheet cost includes all expenses associated with design and fabrication, while labor costs are computed separately in your estimate. If you require a detailed estimate, kindly complete our free estimate form, and we will assist you throughout the process. Our product boasts outstanding durability and longevity features, while also offering competitive pricing!
